Letters from Nicole

I’ve messed around with Twitter for years. I’ve flirted with Facebook and even encouraged my fiancé to do the same. WordPress and I are in an long-term relationship, at least for now. (In typical lame-o fashion, I keep hoping for something better instead of contributing more to the relationship.)

I’ve broken up with Squarespace, Virb, LiveJournal, you name it. I can’t make up my CMS-dependent mind. And while I got to know those guys at one point or another with various awkward results, I’ve never tried ditching them all for something simpler.

So here I am, dipping my toe in something new on the way to simplifying. I’m starting an email list. I’ll send updates 1-2 times each month about what I’m working on, things I’m reading, and what I’m thinking about. I couldn’t think of something shiny and shiny doesn’t suit me, so let’s just call them Letters from Nicole.
